We want you to love your Pastel Whimsy pieces! If something isn't right, here's how we handle refunds and returns.
 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at pastelwhimsyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund.
 

Change of Mind
Because our products are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If you have concerns about an order, please contact us before purchasing.
 

Non-Returnable
Items Due to the nature of our products, used or painted items cannot be returned.
 

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
